HOURS WORKED                                    37.5 hours / week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

The hiring range for this position begins at $50,000+                                                                 based on experience and skills                                                                                                                                         

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Auxilium Health is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to elevate our brand’s visual identity and strengthen our digital and print presence. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and brings both strong design execution and fresh ideas to the table.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality marketing and branding materials that reflect a modern, polished, and cohesive brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to develop visually compelling branding and marketing materials
  • Design a wide range of print and digital assets, including brochures, posters, business cards, banners, websites, social media graphics, presentations, and PDFs
  • Support the sourcing, coordination, and ordering of materials with external vendors
  • Assist the Creative Strategic Manager on various initiatives and projects
  • Stay current with design trends and proactively introduce new concepts and ideas
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards
  • Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as needed
     
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience in graphic design or a related field
  • High school diploma required
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
  • Experience or familiarity with UI/UX design is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel locally for vendor coordination, meetings, and material pickups

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
  • Full-time, in-office position
  • Fast-paced, collaborative setting with multiple concurrent projects
  • Team-oriented environment requiring strong communication and adaptability
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings, events, or material pickups
