ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality marketing and branding materials that reflect a modern, polished, and cohesive brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to develop visually compelling branding and marketing materials
- Design a wide range of print and digital assets, including brochures, posters, business cards, banners, websites, social media graphics, presentations, and PDFs
- Support the sourcing, coordination, and ordering of materials with external vendors
- Assist the Creative Strategic Manager on various initiatives and projects
- Stay current with design trends and proactively introduce new concepts and ideas
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards
- Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as needed
- Proven experience in graphic design or a related field
- High school diploma required
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
- Experience or familiarity with UI/UX design is considered an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel locally for vendor coordination, meetings, and material pickups
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Full-time, in-office position
- Fast-paced, collaborative setting with multiple concurrent projects
- Team-oriented environment requiring strong communication and adaptability
- Occasional travel may be required for meetings, events, or material pickups
